Shipping Policy

Smithereens currently ships within the United States only.

Order Processing

Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days. All orders are typically shipped within 10 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

Shipping Costs

Most items ship for a flat $25 shipping fee.

Some larger or oversized pieces may require an additional $25-50 oversized shipping fee.  Any added oversized shipping cost will be clearly noted in the product listing.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are also subject to an additional $50 shipping fee due to increased shipping costs.

Shipping Carriers

Orders typically ship via UPS or FedEx.

Packaging and Insurance

Each order is carefully packaged to help reduce the risk of damage in transit and is shipped with insurance.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in or near Utah County, Utah.
